- Name the optionGarment, Color, Print size. Whatever a shopper would call the difference. Name it
- Drag the block into your product pageOpen the theme editor, drop the block where you want the row, save. Add block to theme
The block is added in your theme editor, so you decide where the row sits.

If you sell one design across a tee, a hoodie and a mug, right now a shopper who lands on the mug has no way to know the tee exists. A group puts all three on one row, on all three pages.
A product can belong to one group at a time. Drafts stay invisible on the storefront until you set them live, so you can build a group before the products are ready to sell.
