A discount code takes a percentage or a set amount off your monthly charge, for as long as it applies.
Billing runs through Shopify, so the charge appears on your normal Shopify invoice next to your theme and domain. Regroup never asks for a card. If you cancel, your groups and settings are kept for 90 days in case you come back.
AI agent access
Connect an AI assistant to this store and it can read your groups and, if you let it, build and change them for you. You stay in control: you create the key, you choose what it may do, and you can switch it off at any time.
How it works
You create an access key here and paste it into your assistant. From then on you can ask it things like "which of my groups are live?" or "put the Trail Map tees in one group and call it Color", and it does the work in this app. It only ever reaches this one store, and only the parts of Regroup listed below.
Assistants connect to this using MCP, the open standard for plugging an assistant into outside tools. Look for a setting called MCP, connectors or custom tools. Support is still arriving across assistant apps, so if yours has nowhere to add one yet, keep your key safe and try again after its next update.

Copy it now. This is the only time it is shown. We keep a one-way hash of it and nothing else, so we cannot show it to you again. If you lose it, revoke it and create another.

What an assistant can and cannot do
It can read how your store is set up, search your products, and read your groups. With a key that allows changes it can also build a group, edit one, rename the row shoppers see, change how the choices are drawn, and put a group on or take it off your storefront.
It cannot delete a group, touch your plan, your billing or a discount code, create or read access keys, or reach anything outside Regroup. It cannot see your orders or your customers, because this app never holds any. And it cannot place the Regroup block on your product page: that is one drag in your theme editor and it stays your step.
Your plan applies to an assistant exactly as it applies to you. On the free plan it can build as many groups as it likes and will be told, in the same words you would see, when it tries to put a second one live.
Revoking a key stops it working straight away. Uninstalling Regroup deletes every key for this store.
